How can Enness International help you with international valuations?
Valuations can be particularly troublesome due to geographical location. If you are considering purchasing a property in a different country, it is vital you use the best possible valuer available to you. This is especially important as the valuation of a property is often the lengthiest element of an acquisition, in what can already be a long process.
Our specialist brokers at Enness International have longstanding relationships with international valuation professionals, built on trust. Whilst the valuation process changes dependent on the country of the property, the valuers we work with are not only locally knowledgeable, but have a sound understanding of the legal and structural processes of the respective valuation systems, saving our clients both time and money.
At Enness, many of the international valuers we work with are qualified by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This allows us to widen our valuation network, as many of our trusted lenders are UK domiciled and require valuers to have recognised RICS qualifications. This can often be a challenge overseas, as Spain, for example, has its own valuers qualified by the Bank of Spain, and does not need RICS certifications in order to value. Unlike in the UK where you can hop in a car and drive to the property in a matter of hours, this is simply not the case in Spain or other vast European landscapes. By a valuer being based in a specific country, but also possessing a RICS certification, international finance can be secured in ample time with a speedy and efficient valuation.
Our trusted network allows us to fit the right valuer to the right property to ensure a fast paced, fairly-priced and knowledge-backed valuation – no matter the country, property or lender.
